Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. All items are shipped U.S Postal Service and take approximately 1-2 business days to be delivered after being processed. Once items are shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email address provided with purchase. 

 

 

                LorrDior Collection isn't responsible for any lost items or damaged items

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United Postal Service. LDC is not responsible for packages that state they have been delivered. 

 

 

                                Please make sure your address is correct and updated!

We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses. If you live in a apartment complex be sure to include the apartment number!

If orders have not been received they can be located by using tracking number or contacting your local post office. If you order on a national holiday or after 3 pm EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your items will be shipped the following business day. 

 

 

                                               Return/Exchange Policy

Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. This includes ALL hair orders!

Make sure you are checking that you have selected the correct items in your cart before submitting your order. 

We DO NOT accept hair packages back for returns, for sanitary reasons.
